Cameroon’s government abandons sale of Camair
Cameroon’s government has abandoned the sale of a majority stake in Camair to a group led by SN Brussels Airlines. It will instead launch a new tender for a new strategic partner.
SN Brussels wins bid for Cameroon Airlines
SN Brussels Airlines has been selected by the Cameroon government to become a strategic partner of a new national airline that is set to replace Cameroon Airlines. According to the bid, SN Brussels will own 51% of the still unnamed airline, while the Cameroon government will hold 49%. SN Brussels beat out Kenya Airways and Royal Air Maroc in the tender for the new airline.
Air Sénégal International and SN Brussels sign codeshare
Air Sénégal International and SN Brussels have signed a codeshare agreement for Air Sénégal to place its code on flights operated by SN Brussels between Dakar and Brussels. SN operates flights between the two cities 6x per week using A333s. The agreement takes effect on December 1.
