Oman Air increases frequency to Cairo

Oman Air will increase its frequency between Muscat, Oman and Cairo Egypt from the current 2x per week to 5x per week. Flights will not operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and will also carry Gulf Air’s code as the two airlines codeshare on the route.
Oman Air pulling out of Tanzania

Oman Air has announced that it is terminating its 3x per week services between Muscat and Dar Es Salaam, its only remaining destination in that country, citing the high competition in the East African skies. The last flight will be operated on Friday February 17.
Oman Air suspends flights to Zanzibar

Oman Air, which had at the begining of this month increased flights to Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar to 5x per week, has suspended flights to Zanzibar due to the poor state of the airport’s runway.
